Pathways at Goodrich Place

Goodrich Place (2126 Goodrich Ave) is located along both sides of Rabb Glen St between Blubonnet Ln and Goodrich Ave. The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) was awarded $15 million in competitive low-income housing tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the redevelopment of 40 deeply affordable multifamily housing units and the construction of 80 additional affordable units at Goodrich Place in Austin’s Zilker Neighborhood. Construction on the new three-story complex, called Pathways at Goodrich Place, began in 2018, and 120 families should move into new units in 2020. The zoning change for the proposed project received the support of ZNA.
