LDC § 25-8-184 requires an erosion and sedimentation control plan and a water quality plan certified by a registered professional engineer and approved by the Planning and Development Review Department before demolition/construction begins. It is unclear as to whether these plans were part of the approved site plan or whether they are separate and apart from the site plan. Whether the plans have been approved or not, no erosion controls were provided during or after demolition. Originally reported to the City on May 7, 2016, there have been six inches of rain in the two weeks since, and there are still no erosion controls installed. Reported to the City again on May 22, 2016.
