Inadequate erosion controls with sediment in the street. Apparently, the City's written warning was not sufficient. Reported again to the City on May 2, 2016. The City indicated that they found no issues with this site when they visited on May 5, 2016.

The City indicated that they found no issues with this site when they visited on May 5, 2016. The gap in the silt fence at the sidewalk has been fixed. However, inadequate erosion controls at the driveway entrance result with sediment in the street. About 4 feet of the driveway entrance is covered by an erosion control blancket. While this stops erosion from the soil immediately beneath the blanket, there are no sediment controls to prevent contaminated runoff from the area above the blanket from flowing across the blanket. As a result, this sediment in this runoff is being deposited down the street. Reported again to the City on May 22, 2016.

There are no erosion controls across the entrance unless a 4x4 counts as an erosion control. The silt fence does not extend across the entire front of the lot and is not turned up. Sediment from the site has never been removed from where it was deposited down the block. Reported again to the City on September 19, 2016
