Still no erosion controls across entrance. Most of the runoff from this lot will flow through the entrance carrying all the sediment from the lot. The silt fence along the front does not extend to the edge of the lot and is not turned up as required by the ECM. The only effective erosion control is for it not to rain. Reported again to the City on September 19, 2016.

No erosion controls across entrance, not even the ineffective straw wattles that have been pushed to the side. This photo was taken on Labor Day when no one was working at the site. It had been this way for the weekend as well, with thunderstorms all around. The only effective erosion control is for it not to rain.
