Event 2 - 04 Nov 2015 (still no erosion and sedimentation controls)

Still no erosion controls. City claims they are not needed because there are silt fences along the back of the lot. While it is true that much of this lot drains to the back, the front of the lot drains toward the street and should require erosion controls.

Event 5 - 17 Nov 2015 (partial erosion and sedimentation controls)

Still no silt fences, but some partial erosion control has been installed. There is mulching around the tree and the sand pile has been covered. The City claims erosion controls are not needed in the front of the lot..

Event 6 - 30 Apr 2016 (no erosion and sedimentation controls)

There are no erosion controls across the front of the lot. It is difficult to know why the City believes that erosion controls are not needed in the front of this lot. Reported again to the City on May 2, 2016.
