No erosion controls across steep driveway allowing muddy runoff to flow to the stormwater inlet.

Flattened mulch sock has floated out into the street, providing no control of the muddy runoff.

The mulch sock is not being maintained and is flattened. This will not stop erosion on a slope this steep.
