This site was reported to the City for the fifth time on June 29, 2018.

This site was reported to the City for the third time on April 13, 2018.
Significant amount of sediment has left the site and flowed into the gutter and street from a rain overnight. This is what happens when it rains and there are no erosion controls.. This site was reported to the City for the second time on March 28, 2018.
There are no controls across the driveway. The straw waddles that do exist are not a City-accepted erosion control method and these photos shows why. These straw waddles provide almost no runoff control. Sediment is visible in the gutters. Due to the high slope of this site, silt fences need to be installed. This site was reported to the City on March 26, 2018.
