Zach Scott Topfer Theatre
This was a project to build the Zach Scott Topher Theater. ZNA supported extra height for the flytower if Zach Scott would oppose any other projects in the surrounding area requesting additional height over that allowed by the existing zoning and waterfront overlay requirements.
