1401-1407 Rabb Road

 

This page relates to the resubdivision in 2016 of Lot 1 (addressed as 1405 Rabb Rd) into three lots addressed as 1401, 1405, and 1407 Rabb Road and the subsequent construction on these lots. Lot 1 had previously been subdivided in 1953 into Lot 1 (1405 Rabb Rd) and Lot 1A (1409 Rabb Rd). The resubdivision and replatting of the lots triggered provisions of the Save our Springs (SOS) Oridance requirements which limits impervious cover:

Lot 1D - 1401 Rabb Rd (9,135 sf; maximum 25% impervious cover)

Lot 1C - 1405 Rabb Rd (6,127 sf; maximum 25% impervious cover)

Lot 1B - 1407 Rabb Rd (9,393 sf; maximum 25% impervious cover)

This was the resubdivision of Lot 1 (located at 1405 Rabb Rd) of the Resubdivision of Lot 1-4 Inclusive of the Peschka Subdivision. Lot 1 was subdivided included three lots: 1B (1407 Rabb Rd), 1C (1405 Rabb Rd), and 1D (1401 Rabb Rd). It was approved on the consent agenda at the Planning Commision on January 12, 2016.
