This is 2,314 square foot liquor store plus a cocktail lounge encompassing 1,880 square foot of building, a 400 square foot rooftop deck, and 235 sf of stairs. It includes parking and 5 off-site accessory parking spaces at the adjoining property 1300 Lamar Plaza I. The conditional use permit allows the following hours:

Cocktail Lounge: 3pm - 2am, Monday-Sunday

Liquor Store: 10am - 9 pm, Monday-Saturday

The project is located within the West Bouldin Creek watershed.

The original site plan permit was issued 26 Jun 2014 but a revised conditional use and off-site parking site plan was issued in accordance with this 17 Feb 2015 revision memo and the Conditional Use Permit issued by the Planning Committee on 27 Feb 2015. Sheet links shown below were current as of the 24 Feb 2015 revision date and may not be the lastest sheet if there have been subsequent corrections. If there are later corrections for this site plan, they will be so indicated on the Cover Sheet (Sheet 1) found at the bottom of the link on the City's AB+C website.
