Barton Springs Pool Upper Dam Modifications

The City of Austin Water Protection Department has proposed a plan to modify the upper dam of Barton Springs Pool to add the gates back that were closed in the 1970's. The purpose is to increase the flow through the upper portion of Barton Springs Pool.
