This site is in the Barton Hills neighborhood, and it is in the Barton Springs Zone. It has been reported to the City on multiple occasions. Sediment is continuing to leave the site and be deposited at the corner of Trailside Dr and Barton Hill Dr or flowing to the storm sewers. The City has not required the sediment that has left the site to be cleaned up.

This site has been reported to the City six times: 22 May 2016, 28 Jun 2016, 15 Aug 2016, 08 Sep 2016, 16 Sep 2016, and 19 Sep 2016.

The events below are in reverse chronological order from most recent to earliest.

Event 12 - 18 Sep 2016 (inadequate controls)

The City says it issued a Written Warning with Fee on September 9, 2016. It is one week later and there is mud and dirt in the gutters. One end of the mulch socks lying in the street have been bent around to touch the curb, unlike two days earlier, but if it rains, the sediment in the street and the runoff from the lot with the unmaintained silt fences, will flow out and around the mulch socks. The builder should be required to clean up the sediment in the street and repair the silt fences. This includes the sediment deposted at the intersection of Trailside and Barton Hills Drive. Reported again to the City on September 19, 2016.

Event 11 - 16 Sep 2016 (no controls)

The City says it issued a Written Warning with Fee on September 9, 2016. It is one week later and there is mud and dirt in the gutters. The mulch socks lying in the street are totally useless for stopping any kind of erosion from the site entering the gutter and flowing down the street.

Event 10 - 11 Sep 2016 (ineffective controls)

The City says it issued a Written Warning with Fee on September 9, 2016. The only thing that has been done is that the builder placed a mulch sock part way across one of the entrances. Gaps still exist in the mulch socks and there is still dirt in the street.

Event 9 - 08 Sep 2016 (ineffective controls)

The City claims that effective controls were finally in place on September 6, 2016 as a result of its Verbal Warning to the builder on June 30. Two days later, effective controls are missing again. The only effective control here is hoping that it doesn't rain. Reported to the City again on September 8, 2016. The City says it issued a Written Warning with Fee on September 9, 2016.

Event 1 - 21 May 2016 (no erosion controls)

This site is in the Barton Hills neighborhood, and it is in the Barton Springs Zone. It appears to have had some silt fences at one time because some remnants remain. However, for all practical purposes this site no longer has any functioning erosion controls. Reported to the City on May 22. The City said they issued a Verbal Warning on May 24.
