Event 2 - 18 Sep 2016 (missing and ineffective erosion controls)

A silt fence has been installed around part of the site but there are major gaps. Holes in the silt fence at various places leaves it ineffective. Straw wattles, which have been deemed ineffective by the Watershed Protection Department, are being used instead of Mulch Socks.
