This is a strip center comprised of five different TCAD parcels. It primarily fronts South Lamar Blvd (addresses 2024, 2026, 2028, 2038), but it also has frontage along Hether St (addresses 1507, 1509, 1511). It includes restaurants, a preschool, a cocktail lounge, warehouses, and residences.
